My husband and I first met Blair himself when we attend his company's South Pasadena estate sale. It was conducted in a small, unlit, un-air conditioned nondescript building that at first we truly hesitated to enter. Inside this small dark space we found a profoundly exhausted and overheated Blair himself; the seller had turned off all utilities in the unit but Blair soldiered on in a most unusual sale that included either roach killer or Louis Vuitton bags and Tiffany sterling flatware. It was so dark that you couldn't examine anything with any sense of depth. We did purchase a few items but left having had a very pleasant, open and fascinating conversation with Blair, who went above and beyond for this client. Under truly inhumane conditions he carried on and did his very best in presenting his clients' wares in the best light - ha! - possible. What a work ethic and what an incredibly dedicated individual - we always look for his sales, as most are of the highest quality! Highly recommended!!

When my Mother passed she had suggested in her will that Julie McClure handle her estate sale. We had Julie look over my Mother's lovely home, which she did in less than 10 minutes. Her total value estimate was ABSURD! And that was BEFORE her 40%commission.

Blair reserched every piece, from the tiniest pin to the biggest armoire, although his knowledge of MUCH of my Mom's Mid-century modern treasures was on point.
I truly cannot say enough about Blair, Linda and Leslie's level of compassion and commitment to our family in this emotionally tricky event. I am a Hairstylist/salon owner and I have given Blair's contact info to 4 of my customers in a week! That's how much I trust these lovely people.

Today I attended a fantastic estate sale off Soule Rd. in Clearwater. Everything was clean, very well organized and beautifully displayed by an extremely professional team of Paul & Linda, who were courteous, very helpful and friendly. If you are thinking about either hosting an estate sale or attending one, I would highly recommend this very professional team to do a top notch job!
