My mother lived in her Brooklyn home since 1953. After raising her family and residing there after my father passed away in 1990, she had accumulated a lot of stuff. In 2012 she could no longer live on her own and decided it was time to move in with us in New Jersey and dissolve her estate. With taking care of her medical and personal business, working my job, and looking through all the years of my childhood memories, the magnitude of the task was just too much for me to handle physically and emotionally. I had no idea where to begin, I honestly couldn’t tell the difference between some of the valuables and the trash. Adam and his family stepped in and took care of all of it. He and his family kept me in the loop from start to finish and I didn’t have to go back and forth at all. They were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, courteous, considerate and thorough. With them involved Mom and I had confidence and peace of mind immediately. They brought us the things that we wanted to keep, got rid of all the junk and ran an estate sale for the rest and they did it all very quickly. When they were finished, the house was completely emptied, cleaned and ready for sale. I was absolutely amazed at their efficiency. The house sold one day after putting it on the market and I owe it all to the Waltz family. I can honestly say there’s no one like them in the business. I would highly recommend them and their services to anyone who needs to empty a home.
