Jerry and Stephanie (J & S Estate Sales) do an unbelievable job to present the treasures for sale and to price them very fairly for the customers. I attended my first J & S Estate Sale on Thursday, and I went back on Saturday the last day of the sale. I have had the pleasant opportunity of using this company to do two different estate sales. Most recently was in January of this year. In both cases Stephanie and Jerry were wonderful to work with.. It did take a few months to schedule the sale due to how popular they are, but the wait was definitely worthwhile. Where to begin! Our original sale was supposed to be in April but when the Covid hit, we had to keep pushing it later into the summer. During the entire process, Stephanie and Jerry were very communicative. We ended up having our sale in July(in Texas), and it was in our outside space so it was extremely hot. J&S held an estate sale on behalf of my nephew a few years ago. He was very pleased with them and when it was time to sell my mother's estate this year, I contacted them. They were SO friendly and down-to-earth. I had read their rules on line and they followed everything that was written. They didn't bring any of their own things to sell as another company had done at my first experience with an estate sale company that did one for my aunt's house. They were upfront and transparent on how they conducted their sales. Communication was excellent. If I had a question, I tested Stephanie and although she was VERY busy getting my mom's house prepared for the sale, she responded in a timely manner, answering all of my concerns. They are genuinely nice people too. They don't come in and take over. They listened to me and my concerns about certain property and followed my wishes without question. They cleaned, rearranged the furniture, etc. and made my mom's house look SO GREAT! Their pictures of sale items were incredible - about 400 close up pics of everything. They made the things look so good that I wanted to go buy them, lol. They found things in the house that I hadn't seen in years even though I had gone through the house for several months, clearing old things out that were not related to the sale. It was a walk down memory lane for sure. The signage was great and although I was worried about people showing up for the sale because of the location, Stephanie reassured me that that was the last thing she was worried about. With almost 7000 Facebook followers, she assured me they would have customers and they sure did! In the cold rain the first day, over 80 people were in line before the start time. Wow! The crowds continued daily and they sold almost everything possible. I highly recommend them to anyone considering an estate sale. They treated my mom's home and the possessions like family.

Nobody outworks Jerry and Stephanie. They can be relied on to do what they promise. It takes lots of man hours to prepare for an estate sale plus the time working the sale. They get it done. If we have another estate sale, we would definitely use J&S.

I attended my first J&S Estate sale today, and wanted to say that they were extremely organized, had everything fairly priced, and had the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a sale.
I bought a statue out of the back yard (which was muddy), and a nice guy even helped me carry it to my car, and put plastic down so my trunk didn't get dirty.
I will definitely be back to their sales !

J & S estate sales were fabulous! They helped my brother and I empty out a 2,700 foot house that was FULL of items! Stephanie was very sweet, she updated me regularly with texts and photos while they were going through the house. They worked extremely hard. First and foremost, Jerry and Stephanie are Angels and where a godsend. My mother's house had Ruby Red Glass, Brass, Antiques, etc. from floor to ceiling. It was over whelming just to think about it. The items for sale were cleaned, staged, and photographed with eye-catching captions. Sale dates and times were shared early, but the actual address was withheld until right before the sale. Only 30 people were allowed in the home at one time and J & S provided ample employees for security, to assist buyers with purchases, and carry out heavy items. After the sale J & S cleaned up and provided detailed documentation of the items sold. We found them to be detail oriented professionals who are dedicated to doing it right. Amazing job. J & S conducted the estate sale at our parents home of over 55 years in Fort Worth. Very professional and hardworking group, doing a lot of cleaning to make items presentable for the sale. Our emotional attachment made it difficult for us, but J & S was respectful and understanding of that factor. Stephanie took particular care with some personal items we had not found and preserved them for us. Jerry accomplished more in the garage in a few days than we had been able to do in many months. Hello, I just wanted to thank Stephanie and Jerry at JS Estate sales for doing such a great job for my parent in laws. They were downsizing to an apartment and had so many items to let go of but really were overwhelmed. Stephanie and Jerry helped with the emotional side of downsizing as well as the physical side of going through so much stuff. They had a good eye for what was going to sell and the appraisal side of the business as well. Even when we had a few bumps in the emotional side of the sale, they both were very understanding and helped smooth things out. The sale went great and it was such a relief to not been burdened with storing unnessesary items . Here goes...... Stephanie and Jerry are awesome! I was closing in on a move across country and I found that I needed to downsize my household goods. I was hesitant to have a sale "inside" my home, but upon meeting Jerry and Stephanie I knew I was in good hands. They staged everything beautifully and sold out early. They even sold my backyard swing set! If it weren't for everything being gone, you would have never known anyone was there. No two people are more professional and knowledgeable.
